We paid a flying visit during the recent heatwave - the enclosed area itself opened at 10.00am - worth noting if you arrive before. Queues started 10 minutes before this, no need to necessarily queue… Full review by Sam B

Thought that for such an iconic figure as Diana Princess of Wales that this memorial could have been a bit more spectacular. However our grand daughter enjoyed splashing about in the water. Full review by Markeverett

I had some additional information on this, The entrance poster advises that the water is constantly being refreshed from a chalk aquifer approximately 100 meter (300 feet) below the ground.
